HELPING YOU STAY SANE, STRONG &
KIND TO YOURSELF IN YOUR 30S

You’re juggling a million things: work, relationships,
health - and still feel like something’s missing.

Hi, I’m Prranav, and as a 90s kid, I feel you.

It took me two decades to realise so much of what was taught to us doesn't fit today's context.
The Gut Feel Show is for millennials who want more than just a “hustle” mindset. We’re talking real, honest growth —
emotionally, mentally, and physically.

We bring you expert advice from doctors and psychologists, along with raw, real stories to help you break old patterns,
manage stress, and take better care of yourself.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck or burnt out, this is for you.

and start growing in a way
that actually feels good!

The Gut Feel Show by Prranav Vashistha":
This channel appears to be focused on mental well-being and emotional intelligence. This is a very valuable topic, and if the channel provides insightful conversations and practical tips, it could be a great resource....

Hi, usually I shy away from putting my expressions. But I would like to take a moment and congratulate Prranav for the great work.
He is really a positive person and I love the fact that we all know that if one wants to grow in social media space, one should make negative or cringe content. But he is sticking to positivity and positive content 💕much inspiration and support.
Incredible guy and supportive !!
